Opis
Opis:
- Poliflex fine grinding tools are manufactured with high shape accuracy, outstandingly consistent quality and tight dimensional tolerances.
- They are ideally suited to fine grinding, structuring and preparations for polishing work, and are very frequently used for tool and mould-making applications.
- Poliflex fine grinding tools with the LHR bond are manufactured with an abrasive grain mixture comprising white aluminium oxide and a portion of green silicon carbide.
- The LHR bond is a hard, sturdy bond.
- Suitable for use on edges.
- Mounted grinding wheel in cylindrical shape, for fine grinding of small surfaces.
Cecha szcz.:
- Max. RPM: 76700 RPM
- RPM, optimum: 47000 RPM
- Shape: Cylinders
- Width, metric: 12 mm
- Abrasive: AC
- Dia. external, metric: 8 mm
- Dia. shank, metric: 3 mm
- Grit size: 120
- Length, shank: 30
- Bond: LHR
Zaleta:
- Produces a fine, shiny surface finish.
- Produces very good surface quality.
- High economic efficiency thanks to long tool life and high stock removal rate.
- Maximum working convenience through precise concentricity.
Zastosowanie:
- Recommendations for use: Depending on the intended use, profile using a dressing diamond or ceramic dressing stone at a low rotational speed. For the best results, use at a recommended cutting speed of 15-20 m/s.
- Applications: Step-by-step fine grinding
- Drive types: Flexible shaft drive; Straight grinder
